The Library is open before school at 8:30 and at lunchtime for students to borrow, research and do homework. Printing is also available at a small charge.

Our Library has an extensive fiction section composed of mostly new books. We have many books, series and graphic novels which have been recommended by students. As a result of this we have a strong reading culture. In understanding the importance of reading for pleasure to enhance student literacy skills, our Library endeavours cater for all reading levels and interests of students. To promote reading we hold a Reading Challenge in Years 7 and 8 with lots of rewards and encouragement along the way. Reading for pleasure is valued and acknowledged at our school.

Recently the Library has been undergoing restructuring and refurbishment to make a more open plan lay-out which meets the needs of a 21st century learning environment. Its design caters for a variety of learning activities including groupwork, individual and classwork as well as project-based learning. Both computers and laptops are available for student research.
